the slogan: "We continue to believe that it is possible ... and we will tell", the English foundation Anesvad submitted on Friday 27 in the Hotel Libertador Trujillo, the draft Audiovisual Media Speak the benefit of communities and Ascope Viru, and seeks to establish itself as an exercise in social activism and awareness of the territory to include citizens in solving their health problems, from the communication of their experiences.
The project is driven by Anesvad Speaks, a non-governmental development (NGO) and its local counterpart, the Institute for Social Research and Advocacy (IDIPS), this institution will execute the project against TB Ascope and Viru. Speech is a pioneering experience in health, using community videos, projected to expand to other countries, said director Communications of the NGO, Pilar Matias Gurrea.
Once implemented the project is expected to achieve: citizen empowerment in communities through non-formal education processes and using new tools to build messages, awareness of the population in general on citizenship issues in the field of health, articulating a new discourse and new relationships.
It aims to ensure the facilitation and streamlining of the visibility of the work carried out by the partners and the Foundation Anesvad, internal-external communication in different situations and problems from communities themselves, documenting their daily life and creating a web platform that brings together and bringing together different voices through dialectical and audiovisual production.

In correspondence with the plan, proceeded to sign the interagency agreement between the Foundation Anesvad-represented by its Director of Communications, the College of Journalists of La Libertad through its dean, Dr. Alfredo Ponce de Valle Riestra lion, and local partners: IDIPS and Social Promotion Centre and Northern Development (CPS-Development), represented by economist Yuri Masters Hidalgo Alfaro and Maria Rosa Aguilar Aldana, respectively.
