seventeenth In this entry I'll tell you about my short stay in XENK Radio 6:20 a.m. as an employee.
On Wednesday October 20 I received a call from Mrs. Maria Guadalupe Laris Rodriguez, General Manager of the station to see if he was interested in the vacancy of substitute audio operator, since it was in that position he resigned to enter another radio station. And without hesitation I said yes. And, as the director of the Institute of Radio and Television Studies, Sergio Nave, said that when an opportunity to enter the radio has to be seized regardless of whether they cover your economic expectations. By accepting, Mrs. Laris told me to submit the next day at 10:00 with Norberto Bautista to give me details of my functions, financial claims and my training.
The next day I did not 10:00, but 30 minutes before the appointment. At 09:40 I was with told me Norberto Bautista and play functions, the financial claims and schedules my training. At around 09:55 we reached the cabin of the station for my way with Juan Norberto Luis Hernandez Espinoza and began my training. My training that day ended at 15:00 hours. That day was very happy because I had realized my dream to go to my favorite radio etation for 20 years. Perhaps he had not done as a speaker to follow the footsteps of Armando Rascon Salmon, but it was a step to make history in the world of radio.
However, despite the efforts made to perform my job well, I could not give the width, and Wednesday November 3 at 08:15 hours, after my evaluation for the news "In Touch" with Federico Okay, I said nothing, only Juan Luis Hernández me out of control. And at 14:00 I receive the visit of Mrs. Laris, who told me that Dr. Antonio Morales Blumenkron, Director of Channel Programming Newsletters and RASA, talk to me. So I went with him and gave me the sad news that I wanted more as audio operator because it was the width to make many mistakes. After receiving the news, I was again with Mrs. Laris and said it was not a goodbye but a see you soon as we have a new opportunity to work at the station in another post. So there is still hope I can return Station.
Well, let me say that during my stay I got to meet almost all speakers of the season, I took very well with Cinthia Villalobos, Jesus Espinosa Villanueva, Alfredo Villavicencio, Luis De Mauleon, Manuel Guillén, Gustavo torrero, and Leonardo Hernandez Sergio "El Pibe" Pons. Who could not know it was Daniel Guerrero, who at that time was on vacation and I saw him very little time during my evaluation. I could not talk to him at any time. But believe me, all my experiences there are unforgettable and very pleasant. In fact, in the next post I will put some pictures, autographs and audio recordings which I find myself talking to Manuel Guillen and Luis De Mauleon during each musical.
